Education IT Support Technician – 1st Line | Pension

Jago Consultants is recruiting an IT Support Technician in the Lancing area to handle 1st line support across desktop and servers, primarily in education. You will work from the main office offering telephone, email and face-to-face helpdesk support, building relationships with schools and clients.

You must have hands-on experience with Windows Server OS, DHCP/DNS, AD/Group Policy and practical troubleshooting.
