Hybrid HR Advisor – Frating (3 days) with London travel

Penguin Random House UK is seeking an HR Advisor for a fixed-term contract based in Frating, Colchester. You will report to the HR Business Partner and support over 400 colleagues across Distribution & Finance Services, guiding managers on HR policies and employee relations.

In this busy role, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR support, helping with talent management, wellbeing, and career development while partnering with Learning & Development.
