Zest is seeking a Customer-Facing Quality & Technical professional to join its central technical function in the UK. Based in the South West with hybrid working, the role combines food safety, quality and customer relationship management with high visibility across major retail customers.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts from a technical perspective, coordinate projects across sites and support audits, incidents and retailer engagement.
