Partnering senior stakeholders across distribution, network development and people functions, you’ll provide strategic financial insight, challenge and analysis to drive performance, improve efficiency and maximise value. Key Responsibilities

• Partner senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge to support strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases and evaluate major capital investment programmes exceeding 250m.
• Support the delivery of a 10-year distribution network strategy, identifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting across network development, automation and core assets.
• Provide financial oversight of major programmes and cross-functional projects, ensuring investment delivers maximum value.
• Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams to influence decisions and drive business performance.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience within a complex organisation.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models and investment analysis.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and challenging decisions constructively.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience in retail, distribution, logistics, supply chain or another large, asset-intensive environment would be advantageous.
