Job Description:
Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is recruiting a Care Assistant to visit clients in their own homes in Chesterfield and surrounding areas. You will work in a two-person or solo capacity, providing compassionate personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and end-of-life care where needed.
Shifts run between early morning and evening, with full UK DBS checks funded. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required to travel between clients. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
