Chotto Matte in Manchester is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of operations and lead a front-of-house team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will oversee service from opening through late-night close, ensuring standards remain high while developing your team.

The venue closes at 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, so you’ll need energy to lead late finishes and maintain a vibrant atmosphere. Strong leadership and collaboration with the Head Chef are essential.
