Requirements
- Prior background in facilities management, school site management, or general maintenance (preferred)
- Fundamental understanding of building upkeep, statutory compliance, health guidelines, and safety protocols
- Resourceful, hands-on mindset paired with strong troubleshooting and project coordination abilities
- Capable of operating independently, leading a team, and collaborating closely with school staff
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational competencies
- Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to undergo one)
- Authorized to work in the UK
