The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) seeks an exceptional CEO to lead its mission to confront racism and advance civil rights in communities across the Deep South and beyond. You will set strategic direction, partner with a committed Board, and maintain financial and organizational health to deliver impact at scale.

Reporting to the Board, you will oversee 360 staff across six offices, cultivate donors and partners, and champion diversity, equity and inclusion in every decision.
