Job Description:
Queen Margaret Hospital in Fife is seeking an experienced Senior Catering Supervisor to lead Catering Supervisors, Cooks and Assistants across patient, staff and hospitality areas, ensuring meals meet quality, safety and nutritional standards.
You will manage rotas, monitor HACCP and records, drive staff development and uphold Food Safety legislation, COSHH and NHS policies. NHS Fife offers training, a supportive environment and enhanced pay rates for weekends and holidays.
