Hampshire Trust Bank is seeking a commercially minded Relationship Manager to oversee development finance transactions across the UK. You will manage opportunities from initial assessment through completion, building long-term relationships with SME property developers and housebuilders.
You’ll work with Lending Directors, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management and advisers to structure deals and ensure an excellent customer journey from start to finish.
