Head of Art & Design: Lead Creative Strategy & Exhibitions

A Salisbury academy is seeking a creative, inspiring Head of Art & Design to lead its Visual Arts faculty on a full-time, permanent basis starting in January.

You will oversee Fine Art, Graphic Communication, 3D Design, and Photography, guiding students through project research, skill development, contextual studies, and public exhibitions.

Role includes strategic leadership, room management, NEA moderation, and line-management of teachers and technicians within KS3–KS5.
