A full UK driving licence is also an essential requirement, as driving forms an important part of the role and supports people to access appointments, activities and the wider community.

This is a rewarding role where every day is different. You could be supporting someone to attend an appointment, access the local community, prepare meals, go shopping, develop their independence, participate in activities or work towards their personal goals.

  • Participate in daily handovers and communicate important information to colleagues.
  • Recognise and report changes in people’s needs.
  • Record and elevate accidents, incidents, near misses and safeguarding concerns.
  • Work positively and professionally as part of a team.

  • Reliable, responsible and professional.
  • A good communicator who works effectively as part of a team.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and appropriate professional boundaries.
