Hybrid CAMHS Team Manager – CYP Mental Health Leader

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a CYP Mental Health Team Manager to lead a CAMHS I‑Thrive team within the Getting Help, Getting More Help and Integrated Front Door pathways. The role supports hybrid working, 37.5 hours per week, with part-time options from 30 hours.

You will oversee referrals, drive service development and ensure safe, high-quality care for children, young people and families, with DBS checks and UK right-to-work requirements in place.
