Youth Mental Health Support Worker – 1:1 & In-School

Monarch Education is seeking a Youth Mental Health Support Worker to assist pupils in Wantage with social and emotional needs, both inside and outside the classroom. You will provide tailored 1:1 support and work closely with teachers to ensure appropriate wellbeing strategies are in place.

The role offers full-time hours in local schools, with opportunities to progress into contracts and access training such as safeguarding. A positive, adaptable approach is key to success in this setting.
