Lex Exec is recruiting on behalf of an established specialist Family Law practice for multiple roles including Family Solicitor, Associate, and Senior Associate across Surrey and Sussex (Brighton & Hove, Chichester, and Farnham). These opportunities focus on private family law matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified solicitors with experience in private family law.
- Open to various seniority levels depending on the location: NQ–5 PQE for Brighton & Hove, 3+ PQE for Chichester, and 5+ PQE for Farnham.
- Strong client care skills and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
- Experience or interest in mediation, collaborative law, and non-court dispute resolution is welcomed.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising on divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
- Handling financial settlements and complex asset division.
- Managing private children matters, cohabitation, and separation agreements.
- Drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Engaging in negotiated settlements and alternative dispute resolution.
