Greggs is seeking a Data Science and Insight Lead to transform customer data into actionable insights that inform our customer strategy and commercial decisions. You will lead advanced analytics, predictive modelling and experimentation to strengthen loyalty, increase visit frequency and drive business performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Retail and Finance to turn data into clear recommendations and shape customer experiences.
