Remote Sales Development Director – Scale & Enablement

Smartsheet seeks a dynamic Director, Sales Development to guide a growing leadership team and SDR operations. You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance across the department, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment with company goals.
