Tech Due Diligence Consultant – Water & Utilities Sector

Blue Astral Consulting seeks an experienced technology due diligence consultant for a two/three-week engagement in the UK. The role supports the project lead on a private equity tech and operations due diligence across water services and the built environment.

The candidate should have 8–15 years in software or connected hardware, with hands-on transaction experience or CTO/engineering lead exposure, and be comfortable with both hardware and software in one engagement.
