Director of Engineering, KYX — AI-Driven Onboarding

Tide is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the KYX engineering organization (KYC/KYB). You will own the strategy, structure and delivery across onboarding, continuous KYX and scoring/ML, coordinating backend, frontend, data science and ML across multiple global hubs.

You will scale agentic AI in regulated workflows, drive higher automated decisions and improve screening quality while reducing per-member cost, aligning with Tide’s governance framework and risk appetite.
