London AVP, Specialty Reinsurance Claims

Sompo is seeking an AVP, Reinsurance Claims – Specialty to lead handling and oversight of a portfolio in the SompoRe Claims team from London. The role covers non-proportional specialty lines such as Marine & Energy, Trade Credit & Surety, Aviation, and Engineering, with governance of proportional treaty components.

You will engage cedants, brokers, and internal teams, driving technical analysis, reserves, and strategy while ensuring regulatory and governance compliance.
