School OT — Trauma-Informed, Flexible Hours

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Oakfield Short Stay School and other county sites. You will join a multidisciplinary therapy team to support primary and secondary pupils at risk or excluded, employing trauma-informed approaches to raise engagement and outcomes.

You will work to overcome barriers inside and outside school with strong communication, empathy, and collaboration with partners, ensuring accessible, inclusive services for all students.
