Birchrose Associates represents a well-established specialist commercial property law firm in London’s West End seeking an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to join the team. You will manage plot sales from instruction through to completion, prepare contracts and related documents, and liaise with developers and purchasers’ solicitors to progress transactions.
The role offers hybrid working, with a Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 schedule.
