Intake & Safeguarding Social Worker (Adults)

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Intake and Assessment Team Safeguarding Hub within the Older People & Physical Disabilities Service, based in Southwark (South London).

This specialist safeguarding role focuses on supporting adults at risk and delivering positive outcomes through the Making Safeguarding Personal framework. You will assess risk, undertake Section 42 enquiries, and coordinate care with families, health professionals and partner agencies.
