Barista & Front-of-House Associate

The Genuine Dining Co. is seeking a Barista/GA to join our front-of-house team in Oxford. You’ll deliver great coffee and cheerful service in a fast-paced environment, craft drinks to standard, and keep a welcoming space.

This hands-on role is collaborative and energetic. You’ll set up the station, take orders, handle till payments, assist with food prep, and help keep counters and seating tidy to ensure a smooth, memorable guest experience.
