Interim Corporate Solicitor – M&A & Deals, West Midlands

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor Locum to support a busy West Midlands team from November 2026. The assignment will provide interim cover while permanent recruitment is undertaken.

You will manage a broad corporate caseload, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and liaise with clients and advisers to ensure smooth completion. Prior locum experience is advantageous, but strong interim candidates will be considered.
