Senior Community Mental Health Nurse – Youth & MDT Lead

mbi Medical Ltd in Ipswich is seeking a skilled clinician to work in the community with young people in mental health crisis. The role includes home visits three times a week for assigned cases and ad hoc visits to cover for absent colleagues, with supervision of Band 6 and Band 5 nurses.

You will support the clinical lead, contribute to service development, drive across East and West Suffolk, and use System 1 for documentation. Participation in triage and MDT reviews is essential.
