The role covers public sector, education, residential, and student accommodation projects, with emphasis on JCT contract compliance and stakeholder coordination.
Permanent, Cambridge-based role with salary £35,000–£45,000, plus pension and healthcare. MAPM/MCIOB or progress towards preferred.
