Assistant HR Business Partner: Strategic People & Change

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner (Band 6) to join the Workforce & OD team at Wythenshawe Hospital. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time post, offering strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

You will support the Director of Workforce & OD, manage designated portfolios, deputise for the HR Business Partner, and work with the wider HR team to deliver best-practice people management across services.
