Hybrid People Business Partner – Hospitality HR

Welcome Break is seeking a People Business Partner to join our People Team and support sites across the North (Leeds/ Manchester area). This field-based HR role is full-time with hybrid working and a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.

You will handle employee relations, training, resourcing, pay, reporting, culture and engagement, and help shape the People Strategy across multiple sites. Candidates with CIPD Level 5 and hospitality/retail HR experience preferred; strong employment law
