Job Description:
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Mental Health Practitioners for the Elmbridge Neighbourhood Mental Health Team within the Brief Interventions pathway. You will deliver assessments and a range of interventions, supporting recovery journeys in a multidisciplinary setting.
The role requires driving to community-based visits; there are opportunities to enhance skills in low-intensity psychological interventions while working in a progressive all-age neighbourhood team.
