Endoscopy Booking & Admin Officer (Cross-Site) – NHS

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Endoscopy Booking/Clerical Officer to support patient pathways by efficiently booking diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures and handling reception duties on site.

You will communicate with multi-disciplinary teams, use TrakCare for patient records, and help maintain SOPs while coordinating interpreters and cross-site coverage across North Tees and Hartlepool sites.
