Thames Water is seeking a proactive Customer Service Technician to join the Smart Water Metering team in a field-based role. You will investigate and resolve meter issues, install and replace meters, and help customers understand and manage their water usage.
You will work with customers, delivery partners and the Operations Centre to improve service, maintain high standards and support environmental commitments through smarter water use and reduced leakage.
