UK HR Manager – Compliance, Culture & Payroll (Hybrid)

Gosincro, powered by Easyship, seeks an experienced HR Manager for its Corby site in the UK. Lead the UK HR function, ensure compliance with UK employment laws and ACAS guidelines, and manage payroll and employee lifecycle across a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

You will report to the Head of HR in the US, acting as the local HR lead during UK business hours and aligning with global HR strategy while adapting policies to UK frameworks (SSP, SMP/SPP, Working Time).
