Senior HR Manager — Employee Relations & Strategy (Hybrid)

Dynamite Recruitment is supporting a growing organisation in Portsmouth to appoint an experienced HR Manager/ ER Specialist to join the HR function. You will manage complex Employee Relations matters and contribute to strategic HR projects across the business.

The role is hybrid with occasional travel to other sites. You will provide expert coaching to senior managers, develop HR policies, analyse workforce data and support organisational change initiatives.
