Spectrum.Life is seeking a Digital Therapist to provide psychoeducation and goal-focused therapeutic support to employees and students with mild to moderate mental health needs. The role is hybrid with some onsite clinical activities, located in Belfast and surrounding area.

The candidate will triage, assess needs, and deliver short-term evidence-based interventions, with strong documentation and cross-team collaboration. Flexible hours and training are provided.
