Skycare is seeking a Deputy Clinical Lead for a nursing home in Bradford. This hands-on leadership role supports adults with complex mental health needs, including dementia and other long-term conditions.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical care, and ensure high standards of person-centred care on the floor. Experience as a registered nurse with NMC PIN is required, with a strong focus on leadership, team development and quality assurance in a care home setting.
