Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is seeking a Client Manager to own a diverse Crown customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention and strategic development. You will lead partnerships and use data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable improvements.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Support and Technology; be proactive in managing contractual commitments and customer outcomes. Flexible hybrid working with DBS/security checks in the UK context.
