Hybrid CBT Therapist for Workplace Mental Health

Health Partners is recruiting a CBT Therapist to join Psych Health on a hybrid basis, with on-site days at JLR sites in Gaydon or Warwick. You will deliver one-to-one CBT to adults, across face-to-face and remote settings, with regular supervision and CPD support.

The role requires BABCP accreditation and a postgraduate CBT qualification, plus experience in high intensity CBT, ideally in workplace or primary care. Flexible hours and a supportive team await.
