The Meadows School (Sandwell) (SIPS),

We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, enthusiastic individual who wants to be part of a successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors, students and parents to school. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will require Receptionist and School Admin experience. You will play a key part in providing front of house, clerical and administrative support in a fast-moving school.

  • Receptionist and Admin assistant who has experience of working in a busy school office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • an enthusiastic person with real passion for working with children with SEND
  • Has high expectations of pupils’ and be committed to making a real difference to our students learning outcomes

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent
  • Will fully support the ethos and aims of our schools

Hours: 37 hours per week – Term Time plus 2 weeks (1 week INSET + 1 week)

Grade: Grade D, SCP 9 to 17, £27,254-£31,022 p.a. (Actual salary £24,843 – £28,994 p.a.)
