We’re looking for an experienced
Technical Business Analyst
to join our software delivery team in
Newcastle , working across complex technology and transformation programmes.You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping ensure solutions align with user needs and business goals.The Role
Working with product owners, developers, testers and architects, you’ll support delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirementsCreate user stories, process flows and functional requirementsWork with stakeholders to identify impacts, risks and dependenciesSupport Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation and testingCollaborate across business and technology teams to support successful deliveryWhat We’re Looking For
Experience as a Business Analyst within a software or technology environmentStrong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skillsExperience with
Agile/Scrum
deliveryKnowledge of tools such as
JIRA, Confluence, Visio or ExcelStrong
SQL
and data analysis skillsUnderstanding of APIs, databases, system integrations and cloud technologiesWhat’s On Offer
