Typically they’re engaged from the start.As they work with developers and end user clients they always produce their own design work. Therefore you’ll be able to work closely with key decision makers enabling you to understand what is required on their projects.It could be a major entertainment venue, an aiport or a hospital.What you’ll be doing:You’ll lead mechanical design projects, completing services drawings on new and existing buildings.You will work closely with a team of 8 mechanical and electrical design engineers giving guidance to intermediate and junior engineersYou’ll also work closely with the BIM/Cad team on co-ordination, clash detection and AutoCad drawing productionWhat you’ll need:You’ll have worked in building services for at least 5 years.You’ll have a good understanding of REVIT MEP and AutoCadYou will like working in an office bouncing ideas of peopleWhat you’ll get:You will get well paid with plenty of opportunities for promotionYou will work normal hours with no expectation of overtimeFree on site car parkAgile working patternHow to apply:Don’t worry if your CV is not up to date.
