Housing Standards Officer: Safer Homes, Stronger Tenant Rights

Dorset Council’s Housing Standards Team is seeking a seasoned Housing Standards Enforcement professional to uphold the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and protect tenants’ rights across the county.

You will lead enforcement, licensing of HMOs, and interventions to bring empty homes back into use, with a pathway to specialise in Park Home regulation while collaborating across teams to improve housing conditions and resident outcomes.
