Freelance Senior Site Manager – Major Multi-Room Build Lead

Randstad CPE is seeking a freelance Senior Site Manager to lead a major new-build multi-room scheme in Warrington. You will drive the site programme, manage sub-contractors, and uphold safety and quality from groundworks through handover on a fast-paced, high-value project.

The role requires proven on-site leadership on large-scale schemes (PRS, hotels, or student accommodation), solid structural project experience, and qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (Mgmt), and First Aid.
