24/7 Community Mental Health Nurse — Crisis Care

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to provide 24/7 assessment and treatment to individuals in the community. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver timely interventions and support patients within a legal framework.
