Lead Site Manager – Industrial & Logistics Warehouse

Gumtree is seeking a Site Manager for a large I&L project based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The role involves taking the project from external works through to fit-out on four new build steel framed warehouses worth around £55m, with early works already completed and a start in September.

You will coordinate subcontractors, report to the on-site Senior Project Manager, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety standards.
