Head of Retention & Lifecycle Growth (UK & DE)

Bike Club Limited is hiring a senior, hands-on Head of Retention to lead retention across the UK and Germany. You will own lifecycle strategy, customer journeys and performance, building the capability from a limited base and working in Salesforce and Klaviyo.

You will partner with teams across Acquisition, Product, Customer Support, Operations, Finance and data to improve onboarding, engagement, win-back and referrals, while maintaining data quality and compliance.
