Evening Crisis Safe Space Worker — Trauma-Informed Support

Second Step in Frome is seeking a Part-time Crisis Safe Space Worker to support residents experiencing acute emotional distress at our Frome premises, Thursday to Saturday evenings. You will work within a trauma-informed framework, helping clients access recovery-oriented interventions and appropriate next steps.

The role requires empathy, collaborative engagement, and ability to coordinate with Open Mental Health partners to secure further support when needed.
