Head of Internal Communications & Culture

Sense is seeking a Head of Internal Communications to lead a strategic, inclusive programme that connects staff to its purpose. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a team of three, you will shape culture across a geographically dispersed workforce, including frontline teams.
