OT Assistant – Telecare & Community Support

Hull City Council is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support adults in Hull. The role is office-based with telephone triage, signposting and Telecare referrals, and may involve some community visits and occasional home working.

You will work with Occupational Therapists to assess equipment, adaptations and housing to maintain independence, using several IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
