Compass Community Limited is hiring a Residential Support Worker to help children in our homes. The role is suitable for those with or without prior experience and includes dedicated induction, training and 12-month progression to a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

You will support children’s activities, health and wellbeing, liaise with the team and manage records while contributing to a safe, caring environment that fosters growth and resilience.
